8703e desktop software install problem - McAfee?

Hi - I have attempted several times to install my blackberry 8703e desktop software onto my Dell PC. Each time it takes me through the entire installation program, and it looks like I've completed the installation, but then it reads "Disabled - Blackberry Desktop Manager." Each time I have in advance disabled McAfee Personal Firewall - yet it seems despite this to be detecting the program when I try to install it (since a pop-up will appear with a warning, and I tell it to "continue running this script" which it seems to allow me to do -- until the end when it comes up as disabled anyway.)

Is the problem with McAfee, Dell, or Blackberry? Thanks.

Turn off the Antivirus

just a sugestion DUMP mcaffee and norto.. NEVER buy anthing associated with those brands. AND most of all evey malware writter knows how to bypass them.
