7730 locked with error 507

dear friends

i am stuck with a 7730 bb bought from uk with security enabled and i had kedyed in wrong password more than 10 times and got error code 507

i have tried using application loader with version 3.6 , version 4.o and while reading Java applications during application loading , quits and shows a black appications window with only add or cancel button ..

i dont know how to proceed further

You musy also download the Handheld OS for the 7730 - there are two pieces of code, the Desktop Manager (use the latest) and for the 7730.

Download the 7730 handheld code
Execute the downloaded code
Locate and delete VENDOR.XML on the PC C: drive
Restart Desktop Manager
