Hi guys,

I didn't buy the PTT function for my 8800. However I know this is probably stupid question. If I enable Push weather, will they charge me for using that?

No, those are 2 completely different things. Push to talk is, well, push to talk. Anything thats "push" means its updated automatically, like bb email, or the weather which "pushes" info all the time.
