Duplicate Email issues

Maybe you can help me. I recently upgraded my PC with Outlook 2007 and now I am getting double emails on my outlook and BB. I am not using Gmail. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this problem?

I am not getting duplicates. But, I do have a delay on messages getting to me going through OWA.

I am using Office 2007 too. I have not seen any duplicate messages. The only thing that I have noticed if a varying time of delay on messages coming to the phone via OWA.
