Hello all,
Our BES recently switched domains. There was an 8700c that needed to be wiped and re-activated. It activated fine all mail and contents were pushed to it no problem. But now the bb shows "my network" instead of Cingular as it's network of choice. Funny thing is, and I'm not sure if they are related, this device is not getting new emails. Just in case I wiped it and resent the info again and unfortunately I get the same network. If I change settings to manual and search for available networks I only get "my network" again. And if I change back to automatic it finds "my network".
I'm at a loss, all help would be appreciated.
