I have been having issues with my Sync feature. I have gone through all of the KB articles from RIM, and done what they said, but it has not worked. Can anyone assist?

I keep getting the message below:

Unable to write or update application data

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Look at the Error Log of your Desktop Manager...
Desktop Manager > Configuration tab > VIEW LOG

Someone where in that log it will tell you what stopped, (contacts/addressbook, calendar, etc. While there, look at see what record number it was.

What do you mean by Record number?

Nevermind that... you can't find a record number, but you do need to see what was failing the sync... calendar or contacts.
