I turn the unit off at nite. When I turn it back on in the morning all sms and answer service messages show time at turn on. Is this normal because I have no idea when these messages were originally sent.

the other issue is I have the phone set to ring and vibrate with max number of rings but it will vibrate a few times and then only ring twice before it goes to missed call. Any way I can get it to ring more and still vibrate?

Three rings is the most you get, but you can change the amount of time until it goes to voicemail by reading the instructions at:

Of course, if you have it set to only ring twice, you can change that to three at your Profiles > Edit active profile > Phone. check both the IN HOLSTER and OUT OF HOLSTER settings and SAVE.
