unlocked alx file help

i followed the instructions that jibi told me by copying the verizon zen theme into the java folder then i went to edit the vendor id and put in the cingular id and the theme loads onto the blackberry but when i go to activate it it wont activate...please help!!! am i doing something run in the edited file?
i am not good with editing alx files if anyone can tell me what i did wrong i would be truly grateful!!
