Reinstalling Deleted applications

Sorry for what im sure is probably a daft question,

I have a user who is currently overseas, that has deleted their browser from their Blackberry (Menu, settings, advanced options, applications, highlighted browser and selected delete.)

I dont know why thet deleted it in the first place, but it now needs to go back on there.

What is the easiest method of doing this? I dont want to reset the Blackberry (dont know if this would do it anyway?)

Do I need to push it out wirelessy using the handheld configuration tool on the BES?

Have them try this:

Options / Advanced / Host Routing Table

Click the wheel and select "Register Now" and see if the browser is pushed back down.
