I only see 4.1.0.280....hardly new....

Like the title of his thread says ... 4.1 ... maybe the Chinese support is what is new.

The Chinese input/output support has been around for a LONG time. Japanese input support was what has been missing.

Then it would be a more recent build then one that was out at least a year ago.
It also mentions nothing about a new build there or chinese
