International Calls

I am trying to make an international call and my 8800 keeps dropping the call. I am positive i am dialing the right country code and number. My service provider has enabled international calling and i have reset my phone twice now. Is there something that i am not aware of in the 8800 that is disabling my ability to make an international call? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I can confirm that I have used my 8800 on tmobile for international calls with no problems. If it dials the call and then drops it I think that it sounds to me like a carrier issue, try your SIM in another phone. If it fails to dial you may have the codes entered in your phonebook incorrectly.

It does not even connect or ring. It usually just clicks off. I will talk to my service provider again and see what they say. Thanks
