Service Book Error with Google talk

I have BES server 4.1 with IBM lotus Domino 7.1. i have problem to sign in google talk on my BB handheld 8700..whenever i try to sign in, it gives me service book error..what should i do ?...
could any one tell me ?

Delete Options-Advanced options-service book-BBFS1 [BBIMConfig]. And resend service books from BES Manager.
