when ever we receive the mail it comes both in mail box and in the message box.
is there is a way to receive mail only in the mail box.

Sorry, but there's no way to avoid this. The 'Messages' icon is a consolidated mailbox which gathers mail from all sources.
Your BES mail will only go to this box.

i need one thing from u regarding the ringtones and the bluetooth.
1) is it possible to download the ring tones for black berry.
ie both the uploading and downloading.
2) apart from the using bberry as the hands free phone .. is it possible to transfer the ringtones to the other phones.

1. Download ringtones from where? You can download ringtones using the BB's browser. Check this site: http://www.mobile.blackberry.com

2. 4.2 OS's added this feature using Bluetooth. I'm not sure if the 8700g with 4.2 will be able to do it or not.

Set up a search and tie it to an alt-hotkey combo. Detailed instructions are definitely in threads on this site. It's about as good as it gets right now.
