Garmin nuvi 360 blueooth sync w/ the 8800

Has anyone been successful synching up bluetooth with both devices? I checked Garmin's website and it does not show the 8800 as compatible but the 8700 series are. Man, I would love to have this sync up.

I hav the Nuvi 660 and BB 8800, bluetooth works fine, address book transfers, the only thing that does not work is the messages between the 2 units.
