Time Matters won't synchronize with my 7290

I am about to lose my mind trying to get this BB to sync with Time Matters 6.0. I've tried about everything I know to do (which isn't much). I've done everything in the manuals about connecting the two. When I use the Intellisync option, TimeMatters doesn't show up as an Add-In, like the books say it's supposed to. It just says that "no add-ins are installed on this computer" when I try. If anyone has faced this problem, lemme know where I can find a solution please.

Which books? The TimeMatters book or a BlackBerry guide. I've been using Intellisync for years and have never seen a link to TimeMatters.

The Time Matters software has the Blackberry sync option in the user guide for Time Matters.
