Moved devices can't find hidden app

I have an 8700c and dropped it and the screen broke. I used 4.1 software (desktop) to move the contents to another device. My other mail (personal ones) don't work but their icons show up, but I had hidden the add email icon and now it won't unhide with ALT + Trackwheel. I hid something else to test and that came back. So when it moves between devices via the software does it not move hidden icons? how do i setup personal email again.. thx

Go to your Carrier website and signin to your BIS account, and use Change Device or something worded like that. You need to put your NEW PIN and IMEI numbers on the BIS account to get the mail to that BB.
