I have been using this device for about a week and like it very much. However I am having real difficulty with the blue backlighting. Even with changing the angle of the BB it is still real difficult to see. My 8703 was much better in this respect. Any thoughts or suggestions?

My thought... I agree, and most do from what I've read. I would actually prefer to shut off the keyboard backlight if it were an option. Maybe one of our techie friends can tech us how to manipulate the lights to change color or to eliminate them all together.

AMEN!! For about an hour I almost picked the phone up to have my 8703e re-activated...lol.
