BES Upgrade Question

We bought Blackberry Enterprise Server 3.6 three years ago. Last year we upgraded the software to version 4.0.3.7. We only have 5 users right now on the server, but are looking at adding at least 4 more devices in the near future. We bought the additional 5 users upgrade from CDW but it didn't work and had to send it back. How can I tell what actual version of software we have (SMBE, or Ent)? The box and manuals say Blackberry Enterprise Server, but on a little white sticker it says VS 3.6 BES Ex, SMBE versi. The PRD number is PRD06149010. Can someone tell me what PRD number I need to upgrade our 5 users to 10 users?

You probably have a SMBE. If this is the case an extra 5 licenses is not going to help. You'll need to upgrade the SRP key as well.
