View Full Version : issues with Blackberry Desktop software

I am having issues when connecting my BB to PC and running Desktop software, it only shows "Working " and will not Sync. It is the Sprint 8703e and have the correct version installed.

Any ideas??

Unplug your BB from the USB.

ON the PC: Close DM. Hit CNTL + ALT + DEL on your PC to tasks and make sure no other Desktop Manager process is running.

On the BB: Reboot. Pull the battery and replace.

When the BB is back and running, on the PC, reopen DM. Plug back in the BB to the USB.

DM should move from Working to Connected.
