Hi all,
Apologies if this is not the correct place to post this question, I didn't think it was an issue specific to any particular model.
I have written a simple web-based application which enables our employees to be able to search our internal telephone directory. The search in itself works fine but (on all models except the Blackberry 8800) the internal numbers (in the format [3 numbers] [space] [4 numbers]) just display as text instead of being recognised as "dialable" numbers.
Can anybody tell me if there is a means by which I can configure all devices to recognise an internal telephone number? Many thanks in advance for any advice.
