If you recently got it, then I would call your provider to check provisioning. The same thing happened to me, though cingular told me to click on host routing table and click register. If you don't mind me asking, how long have you had it?

If you have not purchased a BlackBerry Data Plan, from your carrier, you will not get the internet browser. The Data Plan is required on a BlackBerry for data and email and the browser.

To piggy back off of JSanders, no data=no internet, no email, etc.

Btw welcome to the forums!

I don't think boost will enable data on a blackberry for pre pay service. I have a co-worker who has tried. Though I will watch this thread if you can,(maybe I can tell my friend)

Most, if not all, prepaid sims do not provide any BB data services. No BB data, no browser.

That being said, it's possible to use Opera Mini (search the forums for it) to access the internet if your Boost Mobile chip has a standard gprs data plan on it. Results with this method are not guaranteed and results definitely vary.
