Blackberry 7250, Outlook 2007 and Redirector

My boss is almost ready to give up his Blackberry, but I want to install Outlook 2007 in the office and I need to know how this works with his redirector. He redirects all of his mail that hits Outlook on his laptop because of the Exchange Server, but I was just curious of a few things.

1. Will the redirector and Outlook 2007 work together?
2. What version of Desktop Manager do I need for Outlook 2007 to redirect?
3. Do I need a new version of the Blackberry redirector?
4. Will the BB7250 work with the newer Desktop Managers?

I am running Desktop Manager 4.2.1.8 currently. I believe the latest versions are updated for Office 2007 (that's what I'm using).
