Synchronizing Time Problem

Hi,

I have a blackberry pearl Synchronizing with a window vista OS.

Everytime I synchronize it throughs the time out by 12 hours on the handheld.

Anyone any suggestions?

In DM, when you open up the Sync, uncheck UPDATE DEVICE's date and time.
