Possible to Sync Outlook (offline) to a 7250?

I have the intellisync sw and it works fine if I'm connected to the exchange server, however I need to be able to create a email on my laptop (while offline) and then sync the email to my blackberry so I can send it.

I see tons of sync websites and sw but can't find one for this purpose for some reason.
Any help in this area is appreciated.
