Hello,

I'm using conference call service and after dialing to the service I need to provide a meeting number. I have the number in the BB address book and I can copy it from there. But how do I paste it during a call?

Thanks,
Beery

So no way to "paste" a number while in a call?

Thanks.

You can't paste numbers during a call, however you can add them to the phone number right in the address book with a pause or wait.

For example if you add "1-555-555-1212p1234" as the phone number to dial, once a call is established, the phone will send the DTMF tones for 1234 after 2 seconds. You can also use 'w' for wait and the phone will prompt you for when to send the tones, if at all. You can make a 'p' on the Pearl by pressing 'L' and chaining them together is also possible if you need a longer delay and don't want to use 'w'.

Note: do not hold the alt button when you are adding the 'p' or 'w'. The letters should come out lowercase and appear bold and inverted (white on black background).
