Hi I just purchased the 8830 model with Bell Mobility (Canadian) and I'm having problems finding 'General Options' in my 'Options' menu... Does anybody have the same problem? If so, how can I fix this problem?/

NVM... Found General Options when you hit the send button, then the menu button and general options appear.
My only concern left is, how do I change my ringtone and msg tone? I can't remember where I found that option, apparently I thought it was in General Option, but it's not there.
Any help please?

You need to go to Profiles and edit there.
