outlook 20003 e mail appears read

device is 7290, not using bes, my business e mail appears as read not bold on laptop, seems fine on device. It is annoying trying to figure out if I had read previously on handheld. any suggestions?

If you're not using BES, how are you getting it forwarded to your device? I would imagine since you are using a laptop, you're NOT using the redirector. Must be the way your forwarding service is working. I use the redirector and items in my Inbox remain bold and "unread" regardless of what I do on the handheld. Sounds like the service you are using is doing a sync and when you read it on the handheld it marks it as read in your Inbox as well. Not sure.

I have integrated my work's IMAP account, and the messages are marked as read when I view them on the OWA or download to my mac if they've been pushed to the BB.
