Blackberry 7130c Rebooting

I have a Cingular Blackberry 7130c and I just updated to firmware 4.2.1.96 and since I did that the phone has been rebooting itself for the past 3 hours. Is there anything I can do to get that to stop or at least get it to work like normal? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

How often is it rebooting? Does it boot to the home screen?

It does not even go to the home screen. It will have the white background with the hour glass for about 15 seconds. Then the red light in the top right corner flashes and then the phone blacks out and reboots.
