So yesterday my 7100T turned off while I was on a phone call (never has happened before) The light ont he top of the phone just blinked red, everytime I had tried to touch any of the buttons. At first I thought it might be the battery but soon remembered that I had just charged it. After 10 minutes or so the phone tunrned on and just had the sand clock spinning for about another 10 mins. The phone finally went back to the home page but as soon as I tried to go anyplace, the phone shut off and went back to blinking red .. .this continued its cycle then I started getting error messages that read "error 499" then the phone would have the home page but the image would be all distorted ..ARGH!! Any ideas ?
