How To "Wipe" An 8800?

How do you "wipe", or do a hard reset on an 8800? I want to delete all applications, and settings...and return it to exactly as it came out of the AT&T box when I got it.

Unlike PocketPC there is no hard reset to return to a "factory default". You will have to remove the unwanted application.

Easiest would be to use the DM and re-load the OS and removing all 3rd party software.
