Does anyone have their email hosted with Webmail.us? If so, what settings did you use for a BIS to set it up?

They have detailed instructions on their web site how to integrate webmail.us email address to very many mail clients and to blackberry.

well they offer several settings. i guess i was looking to know if anyone has found one to be faster than the other. they about 12-15 minutes to come through. very slow.
