I found this when trying out the pocketday. If you haven't already see if this helps. I have Tmobile and didn't have to enter a user name or password.

How about asking nicely? Maybe you can even try using the word "please".

Well, it's better than "some one answer these questions! NOW".
Wonder why there haven't been a lot of responses....

Update your browser, then go to options and enable javescript.

to enable javascript... set a password and then enter it in wrong ten times... ignore the message about clearing the handheld... it's a bogus warning.

I know this is sarcastic, but perhaps the OP doesn't....

I all but guarantee the OP hasn't searched a single bit... it's not very hard to find out how to change the browser emulation and enable javascript...
I think it would be a good lesson for people to learn by making a mistake here or there... a mistake like expecting handouts where the answer is 1 (search button) click away.

You were a newbie yourself once...
Personally I think your answer was out of line, but whatever...

Jeez... I just wanted the guy to be a little nicer... but having him wipe his handheld is just plain wrong. You crossed the line with that one.

The punishment should fit the crime... don't you think?
