8800 or 8830 success as modem with nokia n800 tablet?

I just want to start a new thread to see if anyone has had any more recent success with using an 8800 series blackberry as a modem with a nokia n800 tablet.

I just bounced over to the Internettablettalk forum and it looks as if blumediaprojekt has posted there more recently. It appears that they are on to the solution, part of which is to upgrade the BB OS. The n800 DUN needs to be setup to emulate the DUN commonly found on a PC set up to tether.
