I am having a issue receiving emails on my blackberry pearl. I tried clearing the service books and this solved nothing. It happened after my phone was reconnected after being shut off for maybe a week. Any other time it has been disconnected and reconnected i have not had this issue. Doe anyone have any ideas as to what the problem might be?

have you tried calling your service provider?

Did you resend those service books after clearing them? Have you tried a battery pull?

No i have not resent the service books, how do i go about doing that? I have pulled the battery and that did not do anything. Thanks guys.

Options >Advanced Options >Host Routing Table >Click Menu key and select Register Now.

Then use the "setup internet email" icon on your BB and find the link to "Send Service Books."

If that doesn't work:

Log in to http://www.t-mobile.com and sign in. Then go to setup internet email and you'll find a place to send service books from there.

I re-sent them and still nothing. I guess its time to call t-mobile.

I bough a blackberry and I am getting this message when I am trying to register my blackberry with my service provider "This blackberry is registered with another service prodiver. Please re-register this blackberry device and verify the URL matches the one provided by your service provider". How can I fis this problem?

Call your service provider and confirm you have a BlackBerry Data Plan.
