Occasional Outlook Appt not appearing in BB

I get an occasional meeting notice through Outlook that appears on my desktop version but does not appear in my BB calendar. I probably get this situation in one of every hundred appts. or so.

I've tried re-accepting, but to no avail.

Anyone else have this issue? I have an 8703e with Verizon.
