HELP !!! 8830 or keep 8100

Ok I have the chance to get a 8830 with my work discount for $149. I now use a IC 902 as my main phone and a TMO 8100. I would have to pay the ETF of $200 to TMO but I would save $20 a month. I dont know what to do.
