Hello Forum,
Excuse me if this topic has been covered in the forum, but this is my problem:
I have a new 8800, BlackBerry Desktop Manager Installed which was working and throwing up the Sycronisation prompts fine immediately when plugged in.
Now, when I plug the cable in, the first message I get is 'Do you want to turn on mass storage mode', I have installed a micro SD card, so i say no (default setting).
Lauch the desktop manager, double click the syncronisation icon, it says on the 8800 that the connection has been made (you can copy files OK), but the two will just not sync.
I have the box checked to automatically sync when the two are connected, but nothing is happening?
Any ideas? I would appreciate any help on this, all the manuals seem to be set up for wireless...
