How do you DELETE PHONE LOGS?

I've noticed my 8830 becomes slower and slower and believe my phone log may be the culprit. Can anyone instruct me how to delete the phone logs?? Thanks!

Go into messages, click in, go to View Folders, and you should see a folder called Phone Call Logs....Go to the date at the top and click delete prior

Or for a quick shortcut, you can go into Messages and hold down Alt+P for all the phone logs.
