Globe alert on the top left?

What is this? It says 1 next to it so I'm assuming its some type of browser alert but I can't get rid of it. Anyone have any idea what this is?

its "either" a pushed message or you tried to access a site and data was unavailable at the time so the request was saved for it to open when data was back on.

to get rid of it=>
from messages click menu and select 'view folder" then go into browser messages folder or wap push messages
