can not sync with email in outlook

I can not sync my e-mail in Outlook with my Blackberry 8703. I can sync contacts, notes, calendar and tasks, but can not sync my e-mail. Can anyone help?

I am using outlook 2003 and desk manager version 4.2

I believe the synchronization module in the Desktop Manager applciation ONLY does the contacts, notes, calendar and tasks; it does not do the synchronization of the inbox or e-mail. I believe you would need the Desktop Redirector installed in order to get your e-mail synchronized. I haven't used that though. But I do know that the synchronization module of the Desktop Manager won't synchronize e-mail.

Email doesn't sync on any BB -- regardless of whether you use BIS, BES, Redirector etc...
