I just purchased the 7250 from Verizon and wanted to know if verizon allows their web client to send e-mail to the BB throughout the night or do they have a time when the server stop sending message for maintance purposes. This is really important because I have a client that sends messages at 3am in the morning.

Verizon also claim that they send messages to the BB every 15min. Has anyone found this to be true. Is there another provider that will send messages to the BB right away?

Any help would really be appreciated.

thanks,
Clive

The web clients are all the same. They send e-mail 24 hours a day, but every 15 minutes. The fastest way to get your e-mail is either through a BlackBerry Enterprise Server - the BES - or by having your e-mail forwarded directly to your BlackBerry (and not collected by the web client).

I would agree. Through my experience, having your emails forwarded directly to your BB seems to be as instantaneous of a push as is possible.
