We just bought Blackberry 7100's for everyone in our firm. We now have 7 guys running around the country trying to figure out how the hell to use these things.

Two of us have taken the lead in trying to set these up and have actually made some decent headway. But now we have some more detailed questions - can I make a short vs. long vibration, can I synch to most current information vs. always have one device be the master, can I set up multiple address books, etc.

Our sales guy and the t-mobile store have been basically helpless. Does anyone know of a good trainer or consultant or someone that could help us become more efficient? We would gladly pay for this service. Please advise.

Try contacting consilient in the sponsor section. I believe they offer training and some materials.

Boy, I could be your BB trainer Rep and still work from home. LOL. Personaly I would send those 7100's back and get 7290 units.

Hire a consultant if you would like .... we are happy to assist in the mean time. :)

The search function on this board is HUGE as an information source.

1. Not positive, but I am not aware of a method for changing the vibration. Alot of people have asked about this in the context of distinguishing between a message and a call in vibrate mode.

3. You can get a multiple address book effect with categories...
