(BES 4.0) Exchange 5.5 upgrade to 2003

Is this version of Blackberry Enterprise compatible with Exchange 2003? We're planning an upgrade from 5.5 finally and wondering if the BES will need upgraded at the same time.

Anything other issues?

Yes it is compatible.

Microsoft Windows 2000 (Server or Advanced Server edtions)

Microsoft Exchange compatible versions
Microsoft Exchange 5.5 SP4 or later mail server environment
or Microsoft Exchange 2000 SP2 or later mail server environment
or Microsoft Exchange 2003 mail server environment (on a computer without Microsoft Exchange installed)

On the same computer as the Blackberry Enterprise Server service:
Microsoft Exchange 5.5. System Administrator or
Microsoft Exchange 2000 SYstem Manager or
Microsoft Exchange 2003 System Manager

Microsoft Exchange 2003 mail server environment (on a computer without Microsoft Exchange installed)

On the same computer as the Blackberry Enterprise Server service:
