I bought my BB from Sprint and I unlocked it to use here in Brazil with Claro. When I try to create a new account in claro.blackberry.com it says I already have the device register for an account under Sprint.
I can see it by going to sprint.blackberry.com, but I'd like to delete this registration in Sprint and create a new one with Claro.
Is that possible?

Call sprint and have them cancel it on their network that way you can use it on claro

should be instant or if you can log into the bis account from the pc you should be able to delete it there.

Sprint is saying that they won't release the PIN. Does anyone has a suggestion on how can I do that?

dchamoun, if the account were yours, you just tell them to, they have to.

If it was someone else's account, the owner will need to call and authorize it.

If you are trying to troubleshoot setting up email through your new carrier, the pin can get released if it gets sent to RIM. You would need to be registered with that carrier and provisioned accordingly though.
