I have a blackberry 8703e and i want 4.2 os device software. can i use the 8700 4.2?

No, you cannot. The 8700 4.2 is for GSM-compatible devices only. I believe the 4.2 OS for CDMA devices will be released shortly. Not sure exactly when, though.
