Contact Wireless Sync Disappeared

I am a newbie, Moto Q veteran -- my phone use to wirelessly sync with Outlook contacts. Now for some reason it is not and under address book> options no wireless sync function is even listed. Did I accidentally turn it off?

I am using a single user BES and had loaded the latest Verizon OS

Any help appreciated. Thanks
