how do i sync my blackberry to lap top

i have a 7130e and im running vista ,the desktop oftware dont seem to work with vista the main thing i need is to sync my mail and address book also i use windows mail its vistas version of outlook express.

You cannot sync email at all. If you want email to be sent to your BB, you need to set up the email account in your carrier's BIS site. I di not know if Windows Mail can be viewed on the BB. I suggest you do a search and see what you find.

What is the problem with Desktop Manager? Since you are running Vista, you need to go to RIM's web site and download Desktop Manager 4.2 SP2, as that version works with Vista.

Send each email to an email address on the laptop. That is the only way I know to do it.
