attachments

I have a 7290 and running the newest Rogers OS. I cannot open attachments for some reason. When i click on full contents i get a small jpeg symbol in the top right corner but no pic or doc???

is there a special setting in the browser section for viewing pics / docs.

did you give it a minute or two to download?
you can also look at a select few attachment versions
pdf, jpg, gif, bmp, .doc, .xls.

That happens to me once in a while. just hit retrieve again (or the enter button). Some times it just stops receiving info
