None as long as it's unlocked.

And I think I can purchase the unlock code from Ebay?

You can actually purchase the 8820 on eBay! If you speak French, you are in luck!

Adam: I am French ;) but I also speak english ^_^
I will get a 8820 shorty I think, but I don't know if the wifi will work without a data plan... if it doesn't, I will have a 8820 to sell ;)

lol, I see. I have heard that you still need the data plan to get the wifi working...

I haven't heard many grumblings of Rogers getting the 8820 so I just went out and got the 8800. To be honest, I never use even half of my allotted 25 megs in a month.

Don't forget that the 8820 also gives you a2dp which the 8800 doesn't have.

True, true. My Curve has it, but it doesn't work with my Jabra BT620 and I don't want to have to buy the Moto S9s and have yet another headset to charge.
