HI guys,
I have the 8703. It was working fine on my PC but since I moved the PC to my new office, it stopped working.
Problem: When I connect the BlackBerry to my PC through USB, it connects, then disconnects every few seconds. Then I get an error saying "please make sure the device is connected properly". I thought it could be the cable so I changed the cable but still same. I have web cam, printer etc connected to the USB ports and they all work fine.
When I do the same on my laptop, it works fine.
Any ideas why this could be?
I am using: Win XP with SP2 and Office 2003 on both PC and Laptop.
